The curriculum and syllabus evoke the image of pure art education, prioritizing teaching over research, and theory over practice.
Our university's Fashion Design and Technology program was established in 2010, a relatively late start compared to other institutions. After several years of development, leveraging our fashion background and pursuing distinctive development, we have established a teaching direction focused on the cultivation of innovative craftsmanship. Actively collaborating with businesses, we have achieved excellent teaching results and made a significant impact in the industry.
The Fashion Major cultivates interdisciplinary talents in the field of fashion who possess a multidisciplinary knowledge structure, the ability to analyze and solve problems from the perspectives of artistic expression and creative thinking, and possess both creativity and practical skills. Students can engage in work in fashion design, marketing, research, production management, theoretical research, and promotion within fashion design companies, clothing production and marketing enterprises, clothing research institutes, and clothing industry management departments, becoming pioneering design talents who can adapt to the competitive needs of the domestic clothing industry.
